Remainder to be paid 1 calendar month before visit together with £100.00 damage deposit refundable in full once property is inspected and inspection satisfactory.

Keys will be sent by post once the final payment is received.

 

 

 

The property is non-smoking throughout – if evidence of smoking is discovered the cost of cleaning soft furnishings will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Pets .

No pets are allowed

Breakages

If small items are broken e.g. cups glasses etc it would be appreciated if a replacement could be purchased rather than just being ignored.

The house is cleaned after occupancy but we do expect it to be left in reasonable condition and any cleaning over and above that will be charged.

We are not responsible for any damage to guests property , including “acts of God “ , whilst they stay at the property and we suggest they take out adequate travel insurance.
